They were amazing! Quick drop off of materials, fast turnaround of job and everything was picked up. We found very few nails in the yard once they were done. We also had some rotten wood which they painted and replaced. I highly recommend them. In fact, my mom is getting her roof replaced by B&A, as well.

B&A / Brooks Breland team was great to work with. They were quick to inspect and submit to insurance. They kept me informed of what was going on along the way and let me know what costs may be out of pocket, but in the end insurance covered it all. New roof looks great and all inherited leaks and issues are now gone. It only took a couple days and they cleaned up well.

I recently hired B&A roofing to repair my roof, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The Finished result not only looks great, but also gives me confidence in the durability of my roof.

The Crew replacing the roof did an excellent job. They never stopped except a short period for lunch. When finished the cleanup was awesome. They replaced all items they had removed and put them back in place. The flower bed actually looked better after they left than it did before. Kit was very beneficial in getting approval from the insurance company and keep me informed of every detail as the process progressed.

Very very fast and reasonably priced. Of all the estimates I received B&A was truly over $5K less! They were in and out in half a day, they cleaned everything really well, the crew was so friendly, and Nick was awesome and helped through the entire process. It was wonderful to not need to worry about any of it!

Kit Broom at B&A Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof, but more importantly, his communication and explanation of the job was top notch. As a first time home owner making my first insurance claim after hail damage, he walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of! Even making sure I had the proper “historical district” paperwork completed to comply with my home’s requirements. The whole process of initial inspection, to insurance claim, to full roof replacement was completed in less than a month. Very thankful for the great care Kit and his crew took with my project!

From explaining the process, to working with insurance, to explaining the quote, to connecting me with a project manager, to checking in throughout the process, to making sure we were satisfied, to following up with insurance, to finishing the process. The actual roofing crew was fast, clean, exemplified quality work, and were very respectful of our property. Our project manager made sure everything was just like we wanted it. Very pleased and impressed. Quality work, great customer service, and good people. New roof valued at over $18,000 cost us less than $1000 out of pocket. Can’t say enough good things.

B & A did an excellent job. I hardly knew they were here except for the hammering. The job was started and finished in less than a single day. The area was clean when they left. And most important, the roof has zero leaks.

They did a great job. Roof was completed when they said it would. After they were done, all old shingles and junk were carted off. They were great and highly recommend them.

Our church had storm damage that included Hail and Wind damage to our roof and gutter systems. From beginning to end, the team at B&A were responsive, proactive, and professional. BLUF: I recommend them 100% for your roofing needs and encourage supporting a local business. They greatly assisted in interfacing with our insurance adjuster and claim process to make it a seamless process (as much as working with insurance can be). The work completed on our church involved three separate buildings and two interconnecting walkways. Overall, this commercial project was approximately $98K in required work that included complete roof shingle replacement, drip edging, decking repairs, and gutter repairs and replacement. During our initial evaluation of this company for this work, we conducted due diligence on their previous customers and work. Upon successful engagement with their previous customers and several in person interviews, we selected them to assist us in the repairing of our church roof. It was absolutely the right decision. They executed our contract and served as the prime contractor for all the work completed on our roof system. This made it one point-of-contact simplification for the Church's Board of Trustees. This greatly simplified coordination of work times and allowed the resolution of any concerns before they had the chance to develop into an issue. Their team ensured each step of the process was explained and educated us on all our options to ensure we received the right roof that fit our needs. They maintained QA/QC onsite during all workdays and ensured work site scheduling that supported our Church's timeline for church events and day care operations. Based on their successful performance on our Church's project, I've offered share my feedback on their completed project with our Church as a future reference for B&A. I believe it is important to lift up a company like this that does what they say they will and goes out of their way to ensure the project is done right.

We had a leaking roof & called Justin L. at B&A Roofing. The initial inspection appointment was very timely & thorough. Justin explained what type of roof damage we had & where our leak was originating. The claims process was handled very professionally & quickly by B&A. As we had never filed a roof claim before, Justin took the time to walk us through the claims process with our insurance company. He also kept in contact with us about the status of the claim once it was filed & explained everything that was approved by the insurance company. The roof installation was done timely & professionally. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time & got straight to work. They did a fantastic job on the installation. They took care to replace all the wood panels that had been damaged by the leakage. The cleanup & removal of the old roof material was very professionally done & not a stray nail in sight! We have had a great experience with B&A Roofing and would gladly recommend them to our friends & family. Thank you for everything!

Very pleased….I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They were on time when they said they would and when they told me a date for materials it was on time. Within 5 days my roof was installed ( would have been sooner but weather). It’s very hard to find someone now a days that are dependable, answer the phone, keep you updated, and have pride in their work. B & A roofing does every bit of that so with that said, I 100% would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
