About the Position and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to generate outside roofing business and expand your customer base
- Inspect roofs, siding, and interiors of homes impacted by storm damage
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through regular communication
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions with technical expertise
- Effectively communicate roofing, siding, and other exterior product features and benefits to a variety of clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the roofing sales process
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process from an initial inspection, consulting with their insurance company, the construction process, and the supplement procedures
Desired Experience:
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous experience in technical sales preferred (including solar, pest control, construction, etc.)
- Door-to-door roofing sales, B2B/B2C roofing sales, or cold calling experience are a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills are necessary
- Ability to work independently
